Ham cooked in tempura

Ingredients:

  •  75 g of Noel Cooked Ham 
  • 1 package of breeze dough 
  • 100 g of mushrooms 
  • 1/2 onion 
  • 2 cups of baby spinach 
  • 2 eggs 
  • 200 ml of vegetable cream 
  • A spoonful of blue cheese 
  • Nutmeg, pepper, and salt 
  • Olive oil

Step by step:

  1. Chop the onion in julienne and poach it in a pan with a little olive oil and a pinch of salt. Meanwhile, cut the sliced mushrooms and the ham into strips. When the onion is ready, add the mushrooms to the pan and cook for 2 minutes. Add the spinach and saute for a couple more minutes, until they reduce. Finally, put the cooked ham, give a heat stroke and remove it from heat. 
  2. In a bowl, beat the eggs and add the vegetable cream, the blue cheese, a pinch of nutmeg, and some freshly ground pepper. 
  3. Stretch the breeze dough and bake it for 10 minutes, having preheated the oven to 180 degrees. 
  4.  Remove from the oven, place the ham and vegetable filling on the quiche, and spread with the mixture of eggs and dairy products. 
  5. Bake for approximately 25-30 minutes, remove from the oven and let temper.
