Step by step:

1. Chop the onion into julienne and poach it in a pan with a little olive oil and a pinch of salt. Meanwhile, cut the sliced mushrooms and the ham into strips. 4. Remove the quiche from the oven, place the ham and vegetable filling on the quiche, and spread with the mixture of eggs and dairy products. 

5. Bake for approximately 25-30 minutes, remove from the oven and let temper.
