  • 4 slices of Norfrisa Cooked Ham
  • 4 slices of Emmental cheese
  • 4 fillets of fresh tenderloin Norfrisa marinated (indications below)
  • Olive oil
  • 1/2 glass of olive oil
  • 1/2 glass of orange juice
  • Zest of Orange
  • 2 tablespoons lemon or lime juice
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced Freshly chopped coriander and mint
  • Dried oregano, ground cumin, pepper, and salt

Step by step:

  1. Prepare the marinade the previous night by mixing all the ingredients with the aromatics and spices to our liking. Put the pork tenderloin to marinate and let stand for at least 8 hours.
  2. Remove the tenderloin from the marinade, drain and cook it in a pan over low heat.
  3. Drain the liquid with which we have marinated the loin, put it to reduce in a saucepan over low heat for a couple of minutes, and stir with a rod to bind. When ready, remove from heat and let cool.
  4. Divide each piece of bread in two, open each half bread in half, and place the tenderloin, cheese, and cooked ham. Close the sandwich and serve with the marinade so that each one is served to taste.
