Cooked ham raviolis

This is a reinvention of the classic Italian recipe. The freshest vegetables and Norfrisa Cooked Ham form this gourmet and healthy dish. It is light and easy to prepare.


  •  1 container of Norfrisa Cooked Ham 
  • 1/2 zucchini 
  • 2 tablespoons of cream cheese 
  • 4 halves of dried tomato 
  • 1 branch of fresh basil (leaves) 
  • Dried oregano, pepper, and salt

Step by step:

  1. Cut the zucchini into thin slices and prepare it to our liking; You can go raw, scalded for 30 seconds, or with a punch of iron in a pan. 
  2. With the help of a pasta cutter or kitchen hoop, cut the cooked ham into round slices similar in size to zucchini. 
  3. Chop the dried tomato and basil, and place them in a bowl next to the cream cheese, oregano, pepper, and salt. Remove. 
  4. Assemble the ravioli. Place a slice of zucchini, one of cooked ham, and a teaspoon of the cheese mixture, aromatic, and close with another slice of zucchini.
