Norfrisa’s commitment to the labor insertion of young people and the training of a qualified workforce in the meat sector has led to our partnership with the Kreas Foundation. The Kreas Foundation, an integrated training center for the meat and agri-food industries based in Olot, combines classroom learning with in-company training. Kreas guarantees its students’ success in the job market, with figures reaching 96% of the students who complete the training finding work in the sector.
Norfrisa undertakes to host students doing their dual training studies with Kreas at our facilities over a period of two years, during which they will combine their training with work placements. The registration period for the process to select people aged between 18 and 29 who would like to do their placements at Noel is now open.
