Cured ham, tomato, and pistachio nut Rolls

For the more daring, small rolls stuffed with a mixture of acidic flavors await. One of the many ways of enjoying the cured ham is as an appetizer.


  1.  4 slices of Norfrisa cured ham 
  2. 1 RAF tomato 
  3. 1 spoonful of chopped pistachio nuts 
  4. Lemon 
  5. 1 small bowl of rocket leaves 
  6. Olive oil, apple cider vinegar, salt, and pepper.

Step by step:

  1. Dice the tomato and add a little salt and a generous dash of lemon juice. 
  2. Mix the pistachio nuts with one spoonful of olive oil, another of vinegar, and a little salt and pepper. 
  3. Fill the slices of cured ham with the diced tomato and the pistachio dressing. Serve on a bed of rocket leaves.
