For the more daring, small rolls stuffed with a mixture of acidic flavors await. One of the many ways of enjoying the cured ham is as an appetizer.
Ingredients:
- 4 slices of Norfrisa cured ham
- 1 RAF tomato
- 1 spoonful of chopped pistachio nuts
- Lemon
- 1 small bowl of rocket leaves
- Olive oil, apple cider vinegar, salt, and pepper.
Step by step:
- Dice the tomato and add a little salt and a generous dash of lemon juice.
- Mix the pistachio nuts with one spoonful of olive oil, another of vinegar, and a little salt and pepper.
- Fill the slices of cured ham with the diced tomato and the pistachio dressing. Serve on a bed of rocket leaves.
